Dirk Le Roux

Dirk Le Roux has felt the incred­i­ble heal­ing pow­ers of yoga phys­i­cal­ly, men­tal­ly and spir­i­tu­al­ly, and tries to bring the per­son­al love and grat­i­tude he feels for the prac­tice to each of his stu­dents. He began his yoga jour­ney about four years ago with a seri­ous self-prac­tice in var­i­ous dis­ci­plines, before com­plet­ing his Yoga Mus­cles and Motion Teach­ers Train­ing through Health & Fit­ness Pro­fes­sion­als Acad­e­my (HFPA). He con­tin­ues to learn and con­nect trough work­shops, spir­i­tu­al retreats and a strong per­son­al practice.

My teach­ing style is yoga flow with a strong focus on de-stress, body aware­ness, strength, bal­ance and flex­i­bil­i­ty. Class­es suit all lev­els of expe­ri­ence, from first timers to more expe­ri­enced yogis. All you need is an open mind, a patient body and a per­sis­tent spir­it.
