Dirk Le Roux has felt the incredible healing powers of yoga physically, mentally and spiritually, and tries to bring the personal love and gratitude he feels for the practice to each of his students. He began his yoga journey about four years ago with a serious self-practice in various disciplines, before completing his Yoga Muscles and Motion Teachers Training through Health & Fitness Professionals Academy (HFPA). He continues to learn and connect trough workshops, spiritual retreats and a strong personal practice.
