Per­son­al Train­ing with Bon­nie Swan­nepoel uses strength­en­ing exer­cis­es and stretch­es, often com­bined with deep tis­sue mas­sage, to achieve best results she fre­quent­ly works togeth­er with chi­ro­prac­tor, Dr Der­ick Gray.

She assists her clients with the following:

• full body strength and flex­i­bil­i­ty training
• shoul­der strength­en­ing eg rota­tor cuff injuries
• low­er back issues
• core strength
• knees pain from injury or due to phys­i­cal stress
• cycling and run­ning programs
